What is Neurodiversity Coaching for Line Managers?

Line manager coaching is a proactive way to help line managers better support their neurodivergent members of staff.

This coaching aims to provide line managers with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to maximise the potential of their neurodiverse team(s).

In contrast to general neurodiversity awareness training, line manager coaching is specific to the circumstances and individuals that report to them and can explore strategies for effectively managing performance.

How many sessions will I have?

The number of sessions recommended will depend on the needs of the line manager but usually range between 1-3 sessions.

How will the sessions be delivered?

The sessions can be held face-to-face in the line manager’s workplace or online via video conferencing tools such as Skype, Zoom and Google Meet. Face-to-face sessions last 2 hours per session and online sessions last 1 hour per session.
