Michela Casaldi – Associate

A Wellbeing & Resilience Coach dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals
lead healthy and purposeful lives, with a particular focus on autistic and ADHD
communities.
After 15 years in product management within the tech industry, the demands of the role began to affect her health, leading to overwhelm and anxiety. Her daughter’s
autism diagnosis sparked a journey of personal discovery, culminating in her own
late ADHD diagnosis. This prompted meaningful life changes and led her to become a coach supporting neurodivergent individuals as they navigate both personal and professional challenges.
Michela brings a blend of lived experience and professional insight to her work. She holds a Diploma in Health & Wellbeing Coaching and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Her practice is also informed by neurodiversity-specific training, including certification in Understanding Autism, and continues to evolve through advanced neurodiversity-affirming learning.
Her coaching meets each client where they are—adapting to their energy, sensory profile, and communication preferences. Through one-to-one sessions, she supports clients in tending to sensory and energy challenges, easing executive function demands, softening critical inner dialogue, and processing emotional states that quietly erode wellbeing and confidence. Her approach blends practical strategies with sustainable lifestyle adjustments, tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
She understands that neurodivergent individuals often face layered challenges—where differences in task initiation, time management, or attention shifting are part of neurodivergent wiring, but their impact is often intensified by sensory sensitivity, emotional strain, and relational complexity across both personal and professional domains. Rather than focusing solely on coping strategies, her coaching addresses these deeper layers—reducing internal pressure and building sustainable ways of engaging with life and work.
This work fosters resilience, self-compassion, and a grounded sense of self—supporting authentic engagement, emotional steadiness, and meaningful contribution.

Her specialty areas include hormonal impacts such as PMDD, pregnancy, menopause and andropause, as well as insomnia and sleep challenges, Tourette’s Syndrome, and rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD). She is also educated on common co-occurrences, such as chronic pain, migraines, and mental health.
Roxy has a background in nursing and psychology, giving her a unique perspective on supporting neurodivergent individuals. In 2023, she delivered a training session on ADHD in women to healthcare professionals at a prominent conference, showcasing her ability to educate and inspire others on critical aspects of neurodivergence.
Roxy can also support and guide you in relation to late diagnosis, explaining how this can affect self-esteem, self-identity, and subsequent behaviours and experiences. She believes that a deep understanding of neurodivergent brain differences is key to gaining insight into behaviours, enabling the identification and implementation of the most effective strategies. Without self-awareness, it can be challenging to recognise and adopt strategies that truly meet an individual’s needs.
Roxy is passionate about helping others harness their strengths in the workplace without toxic positivity, recognising the natural fluctuations of neurodivergent impacts and offering practical, empathetic support tailored to each individual. Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, lived experience, and a commitment to creating truly inclusive workplaces.

Sue has witnessed first-hand the transformative effects of coaching, allowing individuals to move closer to achieving full potential within the workplace and realise strengths, hopes and ambitions. It can effect positive change and enable neurodivergent clients to flourish in the working environment.
Sue takes a person centred approach to coaching. Because coaching is a one-to-one activity, it’s all about the client and is tailored to each individual. It’s absolutely not about changing who someone is but enabling them to gain self- knowledge, skills, strategies and a realisation of abilities that can allow them to gain greater fulfilment in the workplace.
Sue has directly experienced the difficulties faced in trying to operate in a working environment set up for neurotypical ways of working and the stress that can be associated with trying to navigate this environment.
Some of the coaching topics Sue specialises in include:
- building a strengths profile, identifying your core values and how you can use and align these in the workplace to enhance your performance and be working in line with what matters to you
how to enable concentration and deal with/minimise distractions to enable you to work more efficiently - develop strategies to help minimise working memory difficulties and make it easier to recall information
- organisation techniques to put systems in place for prioritising, recording information and being on top of your diary commitments
- self-care both within and beyond the workplace to give you the best chance of performing with energy and engagement at work
- developing healthy working relationships and techniques that allow you to appropriately get your point across and enjoy working effectively with colleagues
- building confidence through models and techniques that allow you to slowly and realistically gain belief in yourself at work
- considering issues around masking such as whether you want to mask less or whether you can use less energy masking in the workplace
Whatever you want to focus on, coaching with Sue can help you work out the right support to make working more manageable and potentially allow you to gain greater fulfilment.
