What Is Apprenticeship Support?

Apprenticeship Support is a flexible, person-centred service tailored to the unique needs of each apprentice. We work collaboratively to identify strengths, understand challenges, and develop practical strategies that build confidence, support learning, wellbeing, and workplace success.

Support may include:

  • Understanding personal learning preferences and optimal working environments  
  • Guidance on free assistive technology to enhance learning and performance
  • Developing time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills
  • Breaking down assignments for better understanding
  • Navigating the apprenticeship process, including EPA preparation
  • Confidence-building for presentations, interviews, and Professional Discussions

Each session blends coaching, mentoring, and Assistive Technology guidance, with actionable steps provided to help embed progress between sessions.

How Many Sessions Will I Have?

The number of sessions depends entirely on individual needs. Some apprentices may benefit from just a few sessions, while others receive ongoing support throughout their course and up to their End-Point Assessment. Sessions can be arranged weekly or fortnightly to suit each apprentice’s goals and pace.

How Are Sessions Delivered?

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. Each session lasts one hour and provides focused, interactive, and effective support.
