Advice and Guidance on Screening and Profiling

We offer advice and guidance on appropriate screening and profiling tools. These can provide an indication as to whether the challenges an individual is experiencing in the workplace are related to a neurodivergent condition such as dyslexia.

Before the screening takes place, a trained Neurodiversity Specialist will talk you through the steps that you need to take and answer any questions that you may have.

Following the screening, your results will be explained to you and advice will be given about whether a diagnostic assessment and/or a workplace needs assessment would be an appropriate next step.
