Training

Neurodiversity – what you need to know!

Our training sessions are designed to be an introduction to the topic of neurodiversity. They help delegates to learn more about co-occurring neurodivergent conditions such as Dyslexia, DCD/Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and how they can better support their colleagues with these ‘conditions’.

Our trainers are qualified workplace needs assessors with experience in supporting thousands of neurodivergent adults in the workplace between them. They are experienced in assessing, coaching and training in the workplace and can provide guidance on how to manage performance in a constructive way.

We are also able to show organisations what an appropriate process of support for their neurodivergent employees should look like and the benefits of having neurodiverse teams.

Our Neurodiversity Awareness Training workshops can be tailored to your organisation, are engaging, interactive and include small group exercises. They also include some presentation and handouts will be provided.
